These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Infinite Lawn Care website and services. By using our website, requesting a quote, creating a booking or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Estimates

  • Instant quotes are estimates only.
  • Quotes are based on information provided by customers.
  • Final pricing may change after image review or site inspection.
  • Infinite Lawn Care reserves the right to revise a quote before approval.

3. Quote Approval

  • Customers may be required to upload images of the property.
  • Services cannot be booked until a quote has been approved.
  • Approved quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Bookings

  • Bookings are subject to calendar availability.
  • Weather conditions may require rescheduling.
  • Access to the property must be available on the service date.
  • Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

5. Payments

  • Payments may be made using wallet credits or Stripe.
  • Services must be paid before work commences unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failed or disputed payments may result in booking cancellation.

6. Wallet Credits

  • Wallet credits may be earned through promotions, referrals, rewards or admin adjustments.
  • Wallet credits can only be used towards services offered by Infinite Lawn Care.
  • Wallet credits are not redeemable for cash.
  • Wallet credits cannot be transferred to another customer.
  • Wallet credits cannot be refunded.

7. Referral Program

  • Referral rewards are issued at the discretion of Infinite Lawn Care.
  • Referrals must be genuine customers.
  • Self-referrals are prohibited.
  • Fraudulent referrals may result in account suspension.
  • Referral rewards are issued as wallet credits unless stated otherwise.

8. Promotions & Giveaways

  • Promotions may be modified or cancelled at any time.
  • Prize winners may be required to verify identity.
  • Giveaway credits are not exchangeable for cash.

9. Customer Images

  • Customers retain ownership of uploaded images.
  • Images may be used internally to assess quotations and complete services.
  • Images will not be publicly displayed without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Lawn Care is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

11. Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
